Instead of a border, let leaves cascade diagonally across the chalkboard. Start with large leaves at the top corner, gradually decreasing in size as they fall to the opposite side. Mix vibrant fall colors for an energetic, dynamic effect. You can also add subtle swirls to show movement.

Why it works: The flowing motion of leaves makes the chalkboard feel lively and seasonal without being overly complicated.

Tip: Outline leaves in white chalk first, then fill in with shades of red, orange, and yellow for realism.
