17. The Nostalgic Photo Transfer
Turn your paper into a collage of memories by actually transferring an image onto it.
- How to make it: Print an image on a laser printer. Place the image face down on your paper. Apply a medium (like gel medium or mod podge) over the back of the print. Burnish it well and let it dry. Soak the back with water and gently rub the paper fibers away, leaving the ink image behind on your scrapbook paper.
- Ingredients: Laser-printed image, gel medium, paintbrush, water, cardstock.
