12. The Roof Canopy Garden Cafe

12

Elevating the street cafe concept—literally—the Roof Canopy Garden Cafe takes the street-level sidewalk culture and moves it onto an elevated rooftop terrace overlooking the entire cityscape. Reached via an exterior spiral staircase made of iron bars and smooth stone slabs, this rooftop venue is enclosed by a magnificent timber-frame pergola covered in flowering azaleas, oak leaves, and hanging lanterns. The flooring features a mix of jungle wood planks and moss blocks, giving it a lush, outdoor-park feel high above the ground. Below, the main building can house a bakery, but the real draw is the panoramic view from the rooftop tables. Custom umbrella structures made of wool and fence posts shield guests from the sun, while light gray glass balustrades ensure safety without blocking the stunning views of the surrounding Paris-inspired skyline. At night, soul lanterns light up the hanging vines, creating an unforgettable sky-high dining retreat.
