9. The Underwater Coral Lounge
If you have ever built an underwater base, you know the challenge of making it feel “homey.” The Coral Lounge brings the vibrancy of the reef into your living room.
The interior walls should be made of glass, looking out into the ocean. Inside, use prismarine and sea lanterns to create a structure that feels like it belongs underwater. Use coral fans and sea pickles as your primary lighting and decor. Incorporate “water features”—literally, leave a block of water exposed in the room to create a tiny indoor pond. Use blue, cyan, and purple concrete to create a “flowing” look that mimics the movement of the tides. It’s a cool, refreshing space that feels like a bubble of air trapped at the bottom of the sea.
